Booking in four steps

Secure your dates
Pay a 50% deposit. We'll send banking details with your confirmation.

Settle the balance
The remaining balance is payable in full before check-in. Keys are released once payment is confirmed.

Arrive & unwind
Check in from 14:00. Coffee and rusks are waiting.

Cancellations
Our deposit policy
We keep it straightforward. Refunds are calculated on the deposit, not the full stay.
More than 1 month before check-in
50% of your deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in
25% of your deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in
Deposit is non-refundable
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to reflect.
